Consultant in Counselling/ Lecturer/ Trainer of Trainers
Prasanna Jayatilake is a Consultant in Counselling and he is currently the Managing Director at Global Minds Institute of Psychological Studies & Research (Pvt) Ltd. He is also the President of Sithbo the Centre for Science of Living. At present, he is the president of the Professional Counsellors’ Association, Sri Lanka.
He is a Lecturer and a Corporate Trainer with over 25 years of professional counselling practice. He has been working as a trainer of trainers of Counsellors and a Consultant in various other institutions both within the public and private sectors. His interest in practice and research in Applied Psychology lies on Mindfulness and its practical applications in Counselling. With his substantial experience in lecturing and conducting of training workshops in variety of settings, he is specialized in Marital, Pre-marital, Psychosexual, Family Counselling and Career related issues.
